Speaker terminals are a type of electrical connector commonly to interconnect speakers and audio power amplifiers. The terminals are in pairs. The two wires of each speaker cable are connected to one terminal of the pair. The terminals are color-coded; the positive wire connects to the red terminal, and the negative wire connects to the black terminal. In DIY projects, speaker terminals may be reused for other applications that use bare wire leads. The sizes are approximate and may have measurement errors. Please be aware of this before purchasing.
