Grilling and baking on a salt stone has been known for a long time. The advantage of preparing food this way is that once heated, the stone plate maintains an even temperature for a longer time, resulting in juicy and properly baked dishes.
However, using a block of Himalayan salt on a hot grill or in the oven can be problematic, which is why this practical metal holder with a tray for the salt board was created. It makes carrying the salt board easier and more convenient, significantly increasing its comfort.
The tray is made of a metal clamp supporting the board and two handles enabling it to be carried. The entire structure is made of metal, which means you can leave it with the board on the grill or in the oven, but be careful as the handles heat up along with the structure.
