Organic tricolor quinoa successfully replaces traditional groats or pasta. It is perfect as an ingredient in soups and as an addition to vegetables, sauces, baked goods, and desserts.

METHOD OF PREPARATION

It is recommended to pour hot water over the quinoa grains through a fine sieve, then cook in a 1:2 ratio (1 portion of quinoa to 2 portions of water) for about 25 minutes. Add salt at the end of cooking.
