Hardened gear wheel disc 16B-1 (R1 1) Z-23 Waryński

Waryński W-T16B1 Z-23 Hardened Sprocket Disc Universal Sprocket with a Hub with a Reaming Hole. Suitable for chains meeting the PN77/M-84168, DIN 8187, and ISO 606 standards. Increased abrasion resistance.

Induction hardening of the teeth ensures a longer life and greater abrasion resistance. This process is performed under special supervision, ensuring ideal furnace and coolant parameters. Extended service life.

This is due to the precision of the toothing, pitch, and pitch diameter, which allows the chain to engage with the sprocket without unnecessary resistance. All sprockets are made of high-carbon steel. Works very well with Waryński chains.
