Hardened gear wheel disc 06B-1 (R1 3/8) Z-24 Waryński

Waryński 06B-1 (R1 3/8") Z-24 Hardened Sprocket Disc. Universal sprocket with a hub with a bore for turning. Suitable for chains meeting the PN77/M-84168, DIN 8187, and ISO 606 standards. Increased abrasion resistance.

Induction hardening of the teeth provides a longer life and greater abrasion resistance. This process is carefully monitored, ensuring ideal furnace and coolant parameters. Extended service life is achieved thanks to the precision of the teeth, pitch, and pitch diameter, ensuring the chain engages with the sprocket without unnecessary resistance.

All sprockets are made of high-carbon steel. Excellent compatibility with Waryński chains.
