Wolfgang Kramer’s racing game "TOP RACE," originally released in 1996, has been remade and revived.
Introducing the Japanese edition of the thrilling racing game "Downforce."
"Downforce" is a game that captures the essence of exciting racing.
Players hold cards, bid on race cars to start the race.
Race cars are driven using speed cards from their hands.
During the race, predictions are made at three checkpoints about which cars will finish in the top positions. Correct guesses earn big rewards.
At the end, players earn prize money based on the finishing position of the race car they bid on passing the finish line.
Each player also has unique ability cards that can modify movement and other rules.
Playing these cards at the right moments can give an advantage in the race.
The final score is calculated by adding the prize money from the final race position and checkpoint predictions, minus the initial bid for the race car.
The player with the highest total wins.
Will your bets on the right cars pay off? Can you get ahead in curves? Is the path clear?
