Copper Water Flow Switch Golden Flow Control Valve Copper Flow Switch For Water Flow Sensing

Label:Yes This water flow switch features full copper construction for excellent tarnish resistance and high temperature resistance. It can be triggered under low water pressure, delivering stable and reliable flow sensing performance for fire protection and central air conditioning systems. Its working principle relies on magnetic core displacement. When water flow inside reaches or exceeds 1.0L/min, flowing water pushes the magnetic core to move. The displaced magnetic core drives the magnetic source to generate magnetic control effect so the switch outputs ON signal. The signal is sent to device control system to activate relevant control. When water flow drops below the trigger flow rate, the switch outputs OFF signal and the control system performs reverse use. Model C01 4-point copper water flow switch comes with high detection accuracy of ±5%. Its measuring range covers 1.5-30L/min to meet diverse water flow monitoring requirements. Please note that an intermediate contactor or relay must be added when connecting loads above 50W. Improper wiring may cause damage to the product. The switch is designed to detect water flow status in piping systems. It sends out signal once water flow passes through, widely applicable for water circulation monitoring of HVAC and fire fighting equipment. Made of premium copper material, this flow sensor boasts good sealing property and simple installation. The solid structure ensures long term service life, and materials meet with ROHS standards.
