Instructions:
Step 1 – Start with clean, dry eyelids. Gently pull the outer corner of your eye to create a smooth surface for application.
Step 2 – Using the pencil tip, draw a fine line along your upper lash line from the inner corner outward. For a bolder look, thicken the line or extend it into a subtle wing.
Step 3 – For a softer, smoky effect, smudge the line gently with a small brush or your fingertip before it fully sets.
Usage tip: For best results, apply daily as part of your eye makeup routine. Allow 5–10 seconds for the formula to dry completely to maximize waterproof and smudge-proof performance. Reapply throughout the day as needed for touch-ups on the outer corners or lower lash line.
