Fiber Optic Thermal Stripper 8 Temperature Levels Auto Heating Fiber Optical Stripping Tool for 1 48 Cores Fibers

Feature: [Efficient Stripping] This fiber optic thermal stripper can process various types of fibers, such as bundle fibers, bare fibers, and ribbon fibers, with a stripping length accuracy of up to 0.1mm, avoiding damage to the fiber cores. It can simultaneously strip multiple optical fibers, improving work efficiency. [Widened Limit Blade] The fiber optic hot stripper increases the blade contact area and optimizing the limit slot width (20mm), improving the stability of fiber fixing, reducing the risks of deviation, and ensuring stripping accuracy. It precisely control gaps, leaving no trace after removing the coating. [Stable Stripping] The fiber optic stripper adopts intelligent temp control technology, avoiding coating remains or fiber cores damage caused by temperature fluctuations, ensuring neat and beautiful cuts every time. It automatically heats up to the preset temperature upon startup and continue to operate without the need for repeated adjustment. [Dual Heating Modes] Built in 2 heating modes and 8 level temperature adjustment functions, low temperature mode (110℃-145℃) is suitable for rapid softening of ordinary fiber coatings, high temperature mode (120℃-150 ℃) is designed for high temperature proof special fibers. [Precise Control] The fiber optic thermal stripper precisely controls temperature fluctuations within ±3℃ through microprocessor, ensuring safe demolding of fibers of different materials. The mode can be switched with one key during operation, the temperature indicator light allows real time monitoring of temperature status. [Long Battery Life] The fiber optic thermal stripping tool is equipped with a 3500mAh rechargeable battery, which can be used about 400 times after being fully charged. It uses a Type C interface and supports quick charging. It automatically shuts down after being idle for 6 minutes.
