【Voltage Compatibility】
When using electrical appliances, please note that they are designed for Japanese voltage specifications (90-110V), so if you use them with a different voltage, it may cause a malfunction.
【Plug Type】
Our products use Japanese plug types (A or B type).
Please use a conversion adapter if necessary.
【Important Note on Transformers and Adapters】
A transformer adjusts voltage to match your device’s requirements.
A conversion adapter only changes the plug shape and does not adjust voltage.
Using only a conversion adapter without a transformer may result in damage to the product.
【Liability】
We are not responsible for malfunctions or damages caused by improper use, such as operating the product without a transformer.

<Choose from Canon, Nikon, or Sony mounts to match your camera.> ■A new function for your flash. What is "Fine Macro"?... In addition to manual mode (1/1 to 1/64 and -2/3 EV, 1/3 EV steps), the MF18 is equipped with a new function, "Fine Macro (micro-flash) mode," which allows for precise control of minute flashes from 1/128 to 1/1024 in 1/6 EV steps. In developing the MF18, Nissin has succeeded in stabilizing minute flashes through precise flash control technology. "Fine Macro" is a groundbreaking new technology that suggests a new direction for flashes.
■Why we insisted on using a "ring tube"... After considering the best light source shape for macro photography, we decided to adopt a "ring tube" that allows the light-emitting part to be positioned close to the lens optical axis, resulting in a uniform image with fewer shadows. This is why we insisted on using a "ring tube," even though it is more expensive to manufacture, for comfortable macro photography. Furthermore, with the MF18, we have successfully developed a new type of manual light ratio control that divides the ring tube into left and right halves, allowing for separate control or simultaneous shifting while maintaining the difference in light intensity.
■Comfortable with all macro lenses! Large-aperture macro lenses up to 77mm can be attached. However, when large-aperture lenses are attached, vignetting occurs due to the inner arc of the flash ring. Nissin has solved this problem and developed a new mechanism, the "Size-Variable Flash Ring," which allows you to enlarge or reduce the size of the flash ring with a single touch, enabling comfortable macro photography with all macro lenses.
