Product Overview: This RS26 Rotary Band Position Switch, fitted with high-quality brass conductive contacts, provides dependable multi-position circuit control, perfect for PCB mounting and soldering wiring electronic projects for DIY enthusiasts and industrial use alike.
Key Advantages:
1. Outstanding Conductive Performance: Internal conductive contacts are crafted from high-purity brass, effectively minimizing current loss and contact resistance when switching gears, delivering steady, low-noise signal transmission for all connected electronic devices.
2. Heat & Flame Resistant Housing: The outer shell is made of high-temperature tolerant flame-retardant PC material, which provides effective electrical insulation, resists corrosion and oxidation, eliminates short circuit hazards, ensuring safe operation even in damp or high-temperature working environments.
3. Secure Installation Structure: Coming with a zinc-plated iron mounting nut and reinforced fixed base, it fits perfectly into standard panel cutouts, prevents loosening from long-term vibration, eases the installation process, and stays stably positioned on both PCBs and equipment panels.
4. Smooth & Accurate Switching: The textured non-slip insulated plastic rotary shaft offers a firm non-slip grip, enables precise and seamless gear adjustment with no slippage, so you can switch between circuit modes fast and accurately with very little force.
5. Durable for Long-Term Use: Wear-proof brass contact points and a reinforced rotating structure support more than 10,000 repeated switching cycles without contact failure, lowering replacement frequency and reducing long-term costs for electronic repair and DIY electronic projects.
