3. Supported operating systems
The ZOWEETEK IC card reader does not require a separate driver download for Windows 10 and Mac OS (10.11.1 or later; however, after upgrading the Mac system to the latest version, macOS 14, the IC card reader may stop working. There is a bug, so you need to wait for an official Mac system upgrade). It will be recognized simply by plugging it into your PC. If it's not recognized on Mac OS, first close "autorun," then open "Mac installer" and try installing it. Mac users will need Java. Please install Java first. (Note: Windows XP requires a driver download).
