It offers the convenience of allowing anyone to easily and quickly customize components to the optimal length for their system. For these reasons, solderless cables quickly established themselves as a distinct category. However, we cannot overlook the fact that, in exchange for this convenience, incidents such as broken wires and short circuits caused by vibrations from movement or plugging and unplugging are on the rise. Solderless cables allow for quick troubleshooting. But what if solderless cables possessed the same strength as standard cables? And what if they offered uncompromising sound quality? The “NEO Solderless Series” was developed with the goal of simultaneously resolving a range of long-overlooked issues: unexpected cable breaks, sound degradation caused by using thin cables in complex systems, and inconsistent quality resulting from careless workmanship.

●NEO’s original solderless plugs, the SLP-240S / L, are unparalleled solderless plugs that combine high performance, high strength, and durability thanks to NEO’s proprietary Dual Clawed Locking System (patented). Each part, meticulously machined from a single brass bar using diamond cutting, functions with absolute precision and no wasted material. By threading the cable through the cover and inserting it into the main body, it connects to the center pin terminal. Then, by tightening the cover and securing it with two wrenches, the claw-like contacts and flange of the main body clamp down, and the shield establishes electrical continuity as two claws bite into the cable’s outer sheath. Furthermore, the cable is securely held and firmly fixed by the threads engraved on the inner side of the flange.

●The “SLD-ZERO” cable, designed exclusively for NEO’s original solderless plugs. It uses 102 SSC precision conductor for the center conductor. It features a conductor diameter of AWG 20 (0.56 sq) and a braided shield made of 102 SSC with a density of over 90%. The insulation is made of a proprietary PVC blend with moderate hardness, and the outer sheath uses carbon-containing PVC, ensuring the center conductor is securely bonded to the plug. By tightening the plug cover, the shield ensures reliable electrical conductivity and a secure cable fixation, achieving high strength and durability.

● Includes a “Recycle Stick” to facilitate plug reuse. We have developed a Recycle Stick that is extremely convenient for remaking solderless cables once they have been created. To reuse a plug that has been used once, the claws of the Dual Clawed Locking System must be returned to their proper positions. Using the Recycling Stick allows for quick and easy recycling with minimal risk of damage, ensuring stable results time and time again.
