The Hakone Tozan Railway is one of Japan's leading mountain railways, boasting the steepest gradient of 80‰ (per mille) for an adhesion-type railway in Japan, sharp curves with a radius of 30m, and three switchbacks.
The Moha 3 series has long been a familiar sight on the Hakone Tozan Railway.
The Moha 3 series was retired in 1997, with car number 114 being the last.
This product is a two-car set featuring car number 114, which has been fitted with TS110A bogies, and car number 115, which is equipped with distinctive plate-frame bogies.
By using a separately sold power unit and N-gauge running parts, it can be operated as an N-gauge model railway.
Recommended power unit: TM-22 (14m class C), running parts set: TT-03R, pantographs: PT4816AMN [0257] and PG16 [0238].
