This "Colander Rack" was created with an eye toward the surprisingly underutilized "space above the sink." It combines the best of both worlds: it has the fine mesh of a colander, but also the convenience of a drainer, allowing it to bridge over the sink.
It can be used as a colander for washed ingredients while cooking, and as a dish drainer for drying dishes after meals. Once your dishes are dry and set aside, its slim profile allows you to store it upright like a cutting board, making it a smart addition to any kitchen or kitchen tidying situation.
This item was originally sold as a dish drainer, but we received feedback that people also use it to wash vegetables.
