Introduction
"It's been about 20 years since I last listened to this! It contains sounds that make my young soul melt! Everyone, listen to it together!" (Masaya Nakahara)
A mysterious sound source that will terrify all musicians! Born in the subspace between the transition from Violent Onsen Geisha to Hair Stylistics at the end of the 20th century, this mysterious sound source has been remastered by Soichiro Nakamura of Peace Music and released by TANG DENG, the same label that handled the first vinyl reissue of his classic first album! A completely unreleased new album, each 32 minutes long!
01. Untitled (32 minutes)
Recorded during Masaya Nakahara's most experimental period, this collection of sampled, looped, noisy, avant-industrial sounds is a work of art. It completely shuns lyricism and completely denies the listener empathy. Its eerie, impersonal soundscapes are a testament to the artist's unwavering commitment to his music. While his ideology of "I don't want to be anyone/I want to remain anonymous" has remained consistent from this time to the present, his very pursuit of anonymity inevitably exudes his own unique signature, lending his sound a certain "non-anonymity." This is Hair Stylistics' original man-machine music. Therefore, it's impossible to categorize. Of course, there's no meaning to it. Simply listen and be struck with a "aha..." moment.
