Directions for use: Mix 1 scoop of Biond with 10 oz (300 ml) of cold beverage during exercise. For intense exercise, mix 2 scoops with 600 ml (20 oz) of cold water. Take during the day for active recovery, muscle protein and delayed onset of muscle soreness.
