Product usage: Mix 1 scoop of Super Carbs into 12-16 oz. Purified water. Shake well for 30 to 45 seconds. You can take it before, during, or after strenuous exercise as needed for extra energy. When mixing for group consumption, follow these directions: Mix 10 scoops of Super Carb into 1 gallon of water. Shake well for 30-45 seconds. Mix 50 scoops of Super Carb into 5 gallons of water. Stir well for 45-50 seconds.
