How to use the product: Removes hygienic overlap. Hold the jar lid with one hand and firmly squeeze the Comfort Tip® nozzle with the other hand. Pull the nozzle upward until it clicks into place. The douche cannot be used until you hear a 'click' sound. Gently insert the nozzle within 3 inches of the vagina, gently squeeze the container, and then insert the container. Do not close the vaginal opening. The douching solution should come out of the vagina naturally. Use when sitting on the toilet, in the bathtub, or while standing in the shower. Simply pull the integrated nozzle until it clicks into place. Hold the bottle cap Pull the nozzle. ('click')
