[How to Use]
Apply by brushing along the eyebrows. If using with liquid, pencil, or powder-type eyeliners, apply this product afterwards. Soaking with lukewarm water for a while allows for easy removal. If it's hard to wash off with warm water, use cleansing product. When the brush picks up less product, rotate to soak the liquid on the container's wall.
