How to start... wasn't properly packaged, there are speck's of something all over the mascara container, the mascara itself is thick and very gloopy like!! Can't be used at all!!!☹️ I noticed other's had their mascara come in a box while mine was loose, on it's own.

Its was open and inside nothing its not good i was waiting from almost 3weeks and its delivered open and no items inside just empty box you wasted my time i need my refund

Absolutely useless, there are batteries in the box but no way if opening the bulb holder to insert them. It also rattles so obviously there is something broken inside.

I have not used it yet and one is for my daughter in law thank you
