The products are beautiful and good quality, but the delivery was far too slow for an order I urgently needed for a wedding. The tracking was also very slow to update, and my package took a long journey through Warsaw and Prague. It was even assigned to a pickup point different from the one I selected, and the new location was not open on weekends. One of the dresses also has a zipper that gets stuck halfway before closing completely. The products themselves are lovely, but the long and unpredictable delivery process was very stressful, so I’m giving 3 stars.
