With conventional adhesive-based assembly, slight variations in the driver's fixing position can occur, affecting the sound quality. The S3000 employs a unique structure that uses O-rings and gaskets to push the rear part in from the back and screw it in. By fixing the driver with force constantly applied from the rear to the front, it is held in the correct position while ensuring high airtightness and minimizing manufacturing errors. Furthermore, the BA driver incorporates a resistor in series, and a filter is used in the rear vent (the opening that produces bass) to implement a unique tuning. In addition, the sound conduit is equipped with a newly developed "funnel nozzle." Its funnel-shaped design appropriately suppresses high-frequency attenuation, resulting in smooth, extended, and non-harsh high frequencies. This creates a sound that balances clear mid-high frequencies with sufficient bass volume. [Robust housing made from high-precision stainless steel] The housing uses parts precisely machined from high-rigidity stainless steel, resulting in superior acoustic performance by suppressing unwanted vibrations. [Cylindrical design for optimal fit] The cylindrical design accommodates both standard and over-ear wear. The cable connection is angled inward, allowing for a more comfortable fit and reducing touch noise. The eartips combine two types of silicone with different hardness levels to achieve strength, flexibility, a comfortable fit, and high sound isolation simultaneously.
