NOTE: This W680 12-Bay NAS M-ATX motherboard supports vPro function, but this vPro function requires a combination of motherboard chip, BIOS, NIC chip and CPU.
For motherboard chip, it requires Q670 & W680;
For BIOS, it requires special settings;
For NIC chip, it requires i226-LM;
For CPU, it should be i5 1x500 or above, and Integrated graphics is required. (It is not supported by F-series CPUs)
Please NOTE before Use:
W680 12-Bay NAS board is compatible with Intel Core i3/i5/i7 12th/13th/14th Gen. desktop processors, and we recommend the T-Series desktop processors, which are more energy efficient, basic TDP is 125W.
W680 is a commercial chipset planned by intel, supports normal desktop memory/non-ECC memory, and unbuffered-ECC memory (REG ECC is not supported).
PCIE5.0 x16 signalfrom the CPU, each one is 16x signal, but when inserting 2 PCIE peripherals with 16x signal at the same time, it will be automatically adjusted to PCIE4.0 x8 signal.
Since some systems are still not compatible with the Maverick AQC113 10GbE NIC chip, before purchasing, please confirm or consult with customer service about whether the system you will use is compatible with this card.
The motherboard requires both 24PIN + 8PIN power connections to power up (There is also a 4PIN connector on the board to reinforce the power supply to the CPU) It will take a few minutes (3-10mins) for the motherboard to read the memory information when you first turn on it, please be patient. If you need to go to the BIOS page, keep pressing "DEL" while booting up.
