Arrived 5wks early.VERY small. Thought they all had the image inside the stag silhouette, but only1does of the4 on each sheet. Each silhouette is approx 1inch wide X1.25unches high, very small, but R nice.Absolutely no instructions at all! UPDATE- They were so small, that when trying to remove backing once wet& held down for few minutes, that all the edges would not stick down&lifted &rolled.Does not work well for ones this small.I got3to almost work.Maybe larger ones may work better?
Can anyone tell me if customer service ignores your enquiry after 3 days of advising you want to return & het a refund. I feel they are trying to get past the 14 day policy of after that cannot be refunded. It arrived too small had to be returned however, it was a good quality & if he had been bigger it would of been perfect
Very strange! The post-office couldn't see the phone number and couldn't call me, because there was a stamp stuck on my phone number! If I hadn't ordered more stuff from Joom, the post-office personnel wouldn't have known me and wouldn't have given the package to me. I would have asked my money back. You work badly on that.
This item is nasty and nothing like the picture. It is described as a pullover bit is a long sleeve t shirt. I chose colour Red but it is a dark pink and made of cheap material and looks cheap. The stitching around the neckline is noticeably badly done. Not at all worth the money.
very disappointed, it would have been a lovely project to do,and in hindsight should not have brought all 4 as a total waste of money, they do not have any templates for you to be able to cut out the pieces, so you have no idea what size to cut out pieces very disappointed.
