OMG i am soo so so so in love with this Denim jacket for my little baby girl. Its her first denim item and i am deeply in love with the cuteness and the coolness of this jacket . I am extremely disappointed with my experience. Since December (before the Nobel Day celebrations), I have been trying to report a problem with a children's costume I purchased through Joom. The product quality did not match the description or photos in the app, and the material was almost entirely synthetic. My child has sensitive skin and allergies, and the material caused concern immediately. From the first day I received the order, I contacted both Joom and Klarna requesting return instructions, a return address, and a return label. Months later, I am still waiting for a practical solution. I continue to receive automated responses, but I have not received clear return instructions that would allow me to return the unused items properly. The products remain unused and in their original condition. What has been most frustrating is not only the quality issue, but how difficult it has been to reach a real person and obtain meaningful customer support. When customers report concerns about the quality and materials of products intended for children, these concerns should be taken seriously and handled promptly. I hope Joom will finally provide the return label and instructions needed to resolve this matter fairly.

I bought the size for 3 years even that my daughter is just 1year 9 months, she is very tall for her age.My daughter wears size 94 the size of the dress is 104, is a bit large for my daughter but that is not a big issue.
