1. Wearing the Cuff Securely insert the air plug into the air hole. Wrap the cuff securely around your left upper arm. The bottom edge of the cuff should be 0.5 inches (1 to 2 cm) above your elbow. The air tube should be located on the inside of your arm, aligned with your middle finger. Secure with the fabric buckle.

2. Correct Sitting Position For measurement, you should sit comfortably and relaxed at a comfortable room temperature. Avoid bathing, consuming alcohol or caffeine, smoking, exercising, or eating within 30 minutes before the measurement. • Sit in a chair with your legs uncrossed and your feet flat on the floor. • Support your back and arms. • The cuff should be placed on your arm at heart level, with your arm resting comfortably on the table.

3. Taking Measurements Press the Start/Stop button. The cuff will automatically begin to inflate.
