I ordered refill ink for the Epson ink bottle No. 104, but the Refill ink I received doesn't fit into the nozel of my printer. Wrong Product, kindly take it back, Request of refund. The product details says on your website compatible with Epson 104, which is not the case with the sent item.

The item is not the product described or shown in the photo. The photo shown is the official Tactic version of the game. This is not what I've received. I've received a much smaller unbranded game.
