The delivery was on time, but unfortunately, the kettle itself was a huge disappointment. 1. Packaging — the quality of the packaging also leaves much to be desired. Honestly, I’m surprised the kettle even arrived in one piece. Inside, all the protective foam was damaged. I will attach photos as proof. 2. Wrong version received — I ordered the English version with an English plug, an egg-boiling attachment, and an extra strainer. Instead, I received the Chinese version: Chinese plug, no egg attachment, only one strainer. 3. Feels misleading — either the seller misleads customers on purpose, or the staff simply doesn’t read the orders carefully. Either way, this is unacceptable. 4. Build quality — very poor. The bottom plate moves, there are no rubber feet, and the materials feel cheap. In our country, we jokingly call such items “Mickey Mouse kettles.” 5. Price vs. quality — I paid €39.41, but the kettle is not worth even half that price. Its real value is no more than €15. Final rating: 2 out of 5. Very disappointed and will try to request a refund. I also warn other buyers to be cautious. The costumer service works disgustingly. In my opinion, I can't count on a refund. Very big disappointment. Before you buy something, think carefully.

Hello, from a recent customer! Please don't take this email as rude, this is just what happened. I am sorry to say, but I am disgusted with your product's condition. I bought a "3000w Industrial Electric Heater Fan Commercial Warm Heater Blower Air Workshop Space Garage Heating Appliances Adjustable". It arrived at the post office closest to the specified address (61 Orrs Road, Lucknow, Victoria. Australia. 3875.) After picking it up, we opened it the next morning. To our surprise, it is so broken from poor handling that it is completely unusable. Attached are photos of the Heater. The fan engine has completely broken off. The wires are partially damaged, and the fan blades are bent. The packaging was also damaged. I believe a replacement would be 100% appropriate. Thank you for understanding!😀 Kind regards Josiah

This is not the item I ordered. I have received a 12l toaster oven, my order was for a 22l mini oven. Can someone please advise. This product does not conform with British usage or standards, ie, the plug is very miniature, ideal if your child has a dolls house. Joom are saying I've gone past their 15 day period of requesting a refund, but their policy states 30 days, to which I qualify for a refund. The only reason for the delay is I have been in hospital. Can I request a full refund please as the appliance is not compatible for British use . I am still awaiting a positive response. I have also contacted trading standards.

Hello. I received my order, but the packaging arrived badly damaged and crushed. The boxes are bent and torn, as you can see in the photos. I bought these items as gifts 🎁, but in this condition they cannot be given to anyone. I am very disappointed with the packaging and delivery condition. I have more photos, but the app only allows me to upload 2 pictures. Please consider this problem and offer a solution or compensation.

Great lights, sound quality is ok, does need a longer power lead to reach the plug depending on how far the plug socket is from the amp, Bluetooth works, works well with a microphone wired or wireless, it's not 4000w each channel is only 100w so that's 600w

This product is shocking, £70 for something that is worse than a fan I can buy from the pound shop. It’s awful. Quality, size everything is awful I will not be buying again and do not recommend

This ac cooling unit has a hole in it. And I wouldn't recommend it, as I'm having trouble with getting a refund and for the postage to send it back. I Wouldn't RECOMMEND it.

Warning it doesn't come with an EU plug. The opening of the filter to clean it is not easy and susceptible to damage in the process.
