I don't know it's original or not, but everything seems fine. Good packaging and soft materials. After I see and touch it, I really liked it, so cute. Sadly no measurements details about all bags that they sell. This bag too small than my expectations (25x18x10cm). For quality and model, satisfied me. But lack informations and 3 weeks delivery (it says 2 weeks when I purchased it), sorry I couldn't give 5 stars. If sizes doesn't matter to you, I recommend it.

The bag is made wonky. Not symmetrical, does not give the shape that this bag is renowned for. Such poor workmanship that the handle is twisted and not as big of a loop that it should be. The tucks needed to be closer and neater to give the shape. No one would ever believe that this is a polene bag. I dont know why they bothered with the branding, maybe to try and detract from how poor this is. Don't watse your money buying this.

It was the last chance I gave to your products. They are poor quality, plastic or something even they are described as genuine leather. A complicated return procedure transforms this in an expensive lesson.

This bag is perfect. Came a little squished but just stuffed it with a pillow for a few days to get the shape back. It is just like th image. I may need to but the smaller version now. I love it.

Item never arrived. DHL tracking says it’s not even shipped, other than their own tracking is showing „delivered“. It‘s a trap, would not recommended.
