【Synopsis】 Surrounded by abundant nature, Morioh Town has been ranked highly in the "Most Desirable Towns to Live In" rankings for two consecutive years based on the results of the national census.

However, a third consecutive year might be impossible. Because a series of mysterious deaths are currently occurring there… Josuke, a second-year high school student with a pompadour hairstyle, lives in this town. Although he had no father, Josuke lived a fulfilling life with his grandfather, Ryohei, a police officer who had protected the peace of the town, and his beautiful mother, Tomoko. While usually mild-mannered, he couldn't stand it when people mocked his hairstyle. His weapon for beating up those who bothered him was a special ability called a "Stand." One day, Josuke witnessed a robbery at a convenience store. He quickly saved the store clerk and used his special ability to disarm the robber. The case seemed solved. However, pulling the strings behind the scenes was Angelo, also known as Anjuro, a serial killer with an abnormal obsession with evil deeds, who had been causing a series of mysterious deaths. Having his plan thwarted, he harbored intense anger towards Josuke. Eventually, a man calling himself Jotaro appeared before Josuke. Josuke's real father, Joseph Joestar, was Jotaro's grandfather.
