This product recreates trains from around 1990-1991, which were fitted with lounge cars. Newly produced are the Suha 25 300 with its distinctive pantograph, the Orone 25 300 with its A-class sleeping compartment, and the Ohanfu 25 300 with its luggage compartment. The Ohanfu 25 100 also features the KE70 jumper plug added to the end of the car for emergency pantograph lowering.
Ohanfu 25 300: Reproduces the added luggage compartment, additional boarding doors, and the KE70 jumper plug receptacle added to the end panel. The taillights and convertible nickname display illuminate.
Orone 25 300: Reproduces the distinctive arrangement of windows on the passenger side and the additional water tank.
Suha 25 300: Reproduces the lively rooftop with its long lounge window with a black outer rim framed in silver, numerous louvers, and pantograph.
The Ohanfu 25's locomotive coupling side is equipped with an Arnold coupler as standard. A knuckle coupler is included for replacement. The intermediate coupling section is equipped with a close-coupled body-mounted coupler as standard.
The Ohanfu 25 cars 7 and 13 have illuminated taillights. Car 7, Ohanfu 25 147, is equipped with a light-off switch.
The body stripe is gold only on the Orone 25 and Suha 25. All others are reproduced with silver stripes.
The H-rubber is reproduced in black on all windows of the Orone 25, except for the name display window and passenger windows of the Ohanfu 25 300, and the two observation windows on the end of the Ohanfu 25 100, all other parts are reproduced in gray.
The car number sign is printed, and the side destination display reads "Limited Express Seto Takamatsu." Destination display stickers are included.
The convertible name displays include "Seto," "Asakaze," and "Special."
The 6-car bookcase for adding a train has space for one locomotive.
