Suggested Use Mix one serving (1 scoop) with 15-20oz of water. To start, consume one serving per hour of exercise to replenish energy and hydration. Shake the bottle during exercise, as some ingredients may settle to the bottom of the bottle.

Use within 60 days of opening.

Other Ingredients Highly Branched Cyclic Dextrin (cluster dextrin®), citric acid, Himalayan Pink Sea Salt, silica, natural flavors, calcium bisglycinate chelate (albion®), l-tartaric acid. Magnesium bisglycinate chelate (albion®), steviol glycosides, potassium chloride, Monk Fruit Extract, Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine HCL).
