How to Use
Mix 1 serving (1 scoop) into water, juice, or any pre- or post-workout beverage. Six Star® researchers recommend a high dose for the first 3 days. For a high dose of 3 days, take 2 servings twice daily. On workout days, take 2 servings pre-workout and 2 servings post-workout. On non-workout days, take any time of day. After the first 3 days, take 1 serving twice daily. Drink plenty of fluids while taking.
