I'm sorry to say this, but I feel let down by this Seller, Joom & Customer Service. Especially Customer Service. Please note, this is the first time EVER with Joom that I'm annoyed with Customer Service or the product. Basically, the description says "Nail Art Sticker" & goes on to say "just peel & go." This is not the case!! These are Nail Art Water TRANSFERS not STICKERS, even though it's fully described as STICKERS! You cannot "peel & go" with water transfers... You need to cut them out, soak them, apply them, wait, dry them, remove backing... That is clearly not the "Peel & Go" stickers. Two different effects, two different methods... So Customer Service say the description matches the title & is not misleading... Even though the product doesn't match! If I want water transfers, I buy water transfers. I Never Go by title, but by the description. The person I spoke to really didn't give a care. Well...JOOM, if you don't want people complaining or asking for refund due to wrong type of item sent, then I think you should be regulating Sellers descriptions & products. Make sure the descriptions are CLEAR & EXACT, not saying one thing & get another! Like I said, this is the FIRST time I've been completely annoyed at a product or a Customer Service Representative. It's a shame the Customer Service Representative wasn't actually Listening!

They were packaged well, and arrived unscathed. They were the correct colour, and I am very happy with the way they fit, and feel. Doesn’t feel like I am even wearing them. I will definitely order more from this store. I have ordered many contacts from many stores, and this has been the best experience so far. I will recommend this store to anyone and everyone. Thank you for the amazing product and service.

I didn't order this. I received silver pigment that looks pretty shiny and sticks to surfaces well (too well), but I didn't receive HOLO silver pigment, which I ordered. No holo, just silver powder. The next disappointment is, that it wasn't even a full container. It was sealed, but only about 1/4 full. I still give it 2 stars because it came here pretty fast, wasn't damaged and I can still use it.

But for me that doesn’t matter because following YouTube instructions (as the ones that came were not user friendly) no matter how I tie it my head hits the floor ... not supporting the neck much at all... what a shame I’m sure the original product would work perfectly

It works well, arrived wellpacked, excellent size for the massage of the face It would have been better, if it had a notification about how to initiate it to work So a notice for buyers: Push 1x long (ca. 2 sec) = It turns on (or off) than Push 2x again (fast) = begins vibrating, and than you can choose between 3 levels by pushing the knob again and again

The box that the contacts were in did say marine, but they were the same as the other 10 pairs of contacts that I got, it seems that these “blue contacts that they keep sending” are green,marine, and many other styles that I was suppose to get. Other than that the quality seems awesome, and the packaging was great, they made it unscathed.

Shipped right on time. The colour is awesome and really stays on for a long time... As long as you don't drink directly from a cup or bottle (using a straw while wearing this lipstick is highly recommended). It doesn't spread even if you're going out on a hot summers day. I love this product. Quality per quantity and price good.
