A wonderful set! I recommend it. For a quite affordable price, I received many useful, functional, and fairly high-quality items for my daily workouts. It's convenient and saves time, as you don't need to search for each item separately. Everything is already in this wonderful set. I am currently actively using the fixation band and fabric resistance bands. And soon I will start practicing Pilates, and then the ring and ball will come in handy.
