A generously sized pasta bread designed by world-famous Japanese industrial design guru Sori Yanagi. Popular for its simple design that is easy to use and never gets boring. The inner basket made of expanded metal is large in size and has plenty of capacity. Unlike shallow pasta pots, when you boil the noodles, they seem to be swimming inside. The mesh of the basket is fine, so even thin noodles like somen can be boiled. Furthermore, it is light, easy to lift, and drains easily.
