Received these containers with Velcro. Bought 2 pcs., because the length is small and few socks fit. How long the Velcro will hold - I can't say yet. The plastic itself is sturdy, doesn't bend.
The box itself is spacious. I would like to have, for this money, that there was tape included to stick it right away, instead of buying double-sided tape separately
