Shame! It's obvious that it was used. Someone made a return. The packaging is torn. The item is crumpled, torn. Money thrown to the wind! And it's impossible to make a return! This was the last order from Joom, I'm deleting the app!!! There's only garbage here!!! Complete disappointment!

This is the worst product in the world. It arrived damaged (first two photos). Then I hung my bags on it — it simply tore at the top, cannot withstand any weight (photo 3). The fabric is terrible and not strong at all. I highly do not recommend this seller and product

Excellent product!!! Small bags fit well without taking up much space, medium and larger ones don't all fit.., well, if the leather is natural you can bend it..but otherwise the item is great..👍👍👍

Tore along the seam as soon as I loaded it with handbags. Too weak for these purposes. And the hangers with sharp ends inside tear the fabric.
