I am not using the product. Because this time too, they sent me shoes with different characteristics that do not match the description. And if the first time could be considered a technical error, then the second time, as a conscious deception of the buyer. Why do I need shoes that I don't want? If the shoes you had were sold out - wouldn't it be logical to immediately notify about the unavailability and process a refund? I do not recommend Joom based on my own experience, which cooperates with irresponsible sellers. I do not understand such intermediation when the buyer is dissatisfied.
