The AAA battery cases fit perfectly, correspond to size AA, close tightly, the batteries don't rattle inside. I recommend them.

It seems to work, but only due to the spring in the consumer device where it plugs in, since there is no spring in the adapter itself.

The AAA battery fits in, but I haven't had time to check the conductivity yet. I hope it works.
