It's a good buy, two of the eighyput lights never worked from the beginning, gave them every chance to build up, but no luck You were very quick at asking why I hadn't left a review, I can return the compliment to Joom, sent a reply stating that #2# of the lights never worked, I am still awaiting your response as to what action has or will be taken ,to ensure that my order is complete. " I await your swift reply " Could someone please help me as to why I haven't heard from you reference the #8# Garden lights I purchased, and two of them have never worked, the order number was sent for twice, the 2nd request was sent within the past 24 hours. If Joom is waiting till I've received them 30 days or more, I have saved evidence from the first time I reported the two faulty Lights. To make things worse, I talked my wife to become a customer, guess what she purchased two larger Garden lights, and only one of them is working. My wife and myself would like immediate response as to what is happening, its annoying This message has been sent at 20.40 hours on the 9th of April 2021

I wouldn't buy it if i were you. As soon as you put anything on a shelf, it buckles under the weight. The sides don't stick to the shelf. The shelves are also made up of thin plastic making it completely unreliable. I spent 4 hours dealing with Joom's customer support to no avail. I sent them pictures and videos and they think I should only place a very light bottle on the shelves to make this function. Not worth the money. Not to mention the package arrived destroyed. Buying paper trays would do a far better job than the crap they have sent me. What a scam.

So upset wirh these. I bought 3 pairs. They are $109.00 but we're on sale. They lead you to think they're heated gloves and they're just flimsy material, not even warm, gloves! It's few days til Christmas and I was so excited to gift these, and they're just dollar store crap. $109.00??!!! How! Look st the photos, then bend like dish washing rubber gloves. And now they are requiring me to pay out of pocket to return. Never shopping with this cheap company again

The pants are huge. Much larger than in the size chart. I measured the L for me, but the one they sent me is huge... it doesn't have size on them but are too big! The fabric is nylon, it's nothing like in the picture. But not bad quality all in all.

Lots of confusion over delivery. Got my things after a headache but to warn everyone you may have to pay customs charges and handling it was just £8 but costs under £12. Joom doesn't take any responsibility for informing you if this
