Use once a week as a guide.
1. Use dry hands to remove the pack from the bag.
Place the transparent film in front of you, gently open the cut part with your finger, then peel off the film.
*Once opened, use the pack immediately.
2. Moisten your nose evenly and generously with water.
3. Wipe wet hands thoroughly, then apply the smooth surface to the skin and adhere closely.
*If it gets black on your hands, wash it off immediately and be careful not to stick to clothing etc.
4. Continue to dry the pack until stiff.
(summer: approx. 10-15 minutes/spring, fall, winter: approx. 5-10 minutes)
*Please be aware that if you dry it too much, the pack will become too hard, and if you peel it off forcibly, the skin may peel off, etc., and damage your skin.
5. Slowly peel it off little by little from the surrounding area.
*Please do not peel it all at once from one side.
*If you dry the pack too much or feel severe pain when peeling it off, stop peeling immediately, moisten the pack with plenty of water, then slowly remove it.
*If the pack agent remains on your skin, wash it off with water.
