I would say that it is just glitter with powder. Do not rub in like a rub. If rubbed as a rub, the glitters fly off and only the powder remains. I ordered the glowing ones. Well, they don't glow like in the photo. But if you apply them with your finger and do not rub them hard, the glitters remain. Made yellow nails with this rub.
Rub-in powder, purely for shading the color. Not bright, applies weakly to the varnish. As a slight tone, it's possible. The packaging is inconvenient, you get very dirty while opening it. In a single jar, it's usually better and brighter.
