Excellent garland! I hung it on the railing of an open balcony. They burn all night, if it is sunny enough during the day. They survived almost 3 months in heavy rain, cold nights, hail, and even under the unbearable sun. All the bulbs are intact. Lots of different flickering options. I recommend it.
