Not sewn as in the picture. On the chest there is just a gather, without a beautiful (in the picture) lapel. Very thin plain crinkled cotton fabric of low quality. Underwear and body are translucent. Fits true to size.
The volume of the sleeves, armholes, yours is 40, mine is 50... narrow, the cutting line runs along the bust line, it’s ugly, on the sample model the cutting strip runs below the bust line... The blouse runs small in the sleeves and chest.
My size is 52-54 (chest circumference 107 cm). The blouse looks good, is loose, just right for summer. I wear it with pleasure with jeans, with wide linen trousers. The material is cotton.
Light, airy, high-quality fabric. The loose fit is ideal for hot weather. L fits size 48 just right. M could also have worked since the blouse has a loose cut.

Lightweight fabric. It should be taken into account that since the fabric is very thin, it is see-through. Great for hot weather. But honestly, size XL makes me look fat (I blame myself :(
