925 Sterling Silver 20 Inch Hollow Thread Pendant Necklace Jewelry

So dissapointed in this necklace. Nice design. I bought two. One for myself and one as a gift. None of which will tie around my neck. Cant give as a gift and can't wear either 😡😡😡😡

Once again the chain is way too small. So dissapointed. I have the matching earrings and ordered this chain to match but it won't even tie its so short 😡
