I can’t say that there is any result for the better, this can only be assessed over a very long period of time. I just hope that this product did not put any strain on my liver 😊 I don’t have the time or desire to take it to a laboratory somewhere. At first I took 1 tablet, and then as indicated in the instructions. I also have problems with my joints, so I will hope that there will be a result.. The tablets are quite large, I crush them with a knife into four pieces, wash them down with water after meals. The type of plastic indicated on the packaging is 1 PETE, which is safe and recyclable, but it is better to store the packaging as indicated in the instructions. Do not neglect these rules, because improper storage and use will negate the result and only worsen your health. The type of plastic is also indicated on the lid, 2 food-grade, it is stronger and more suitable for high temperatures (but it is better not to do this).
