It works incredibly but one thing I had trouble with is the charger. The charger in the package doesn't work either in my laptop or my adapter. I used my charger for a Samsung phone but not from the recent models and it charged. On my adapter, it takes hours to charge and it dies quickly but on my laptop, it charges in seconds and works well. Other than this I loved that the product works very well.

An absolute load of rubbish only used once and the inside where you plug in to charge has all come loose inside it x a waste of money that I can't afford to loose xxx

It is of no use at all. It does not change the shape of the nails. The nail file is very light not strong and does nothing
