Hello. I usually order a lot of products from you and when I received my clock. I was very disappointed because the mechanism already does not match the one in the photo. The hands are much smaller and damaged (all twisted) and what thrilled me about this clock were the very large hands that stood out very well. I even tried to put the mechanism in place with a new battery and it didn't work. waiting to receive an answer and an exchange from you. Thanking you in advance. Madame Vernay Isabelle

It is great. It works, except that the tongues of the watch are not as long and wide as shown in the picture

It's a shame it looked very good but it lacks the needle that points the time is incomplete
